CareAnyware Launches Mobile App That Will Improve Patient Care and Enhance Communication for Home Health and Hospice Customers

CareAnyware, Inc., an HCAF Associate member, is pleased to announce the release of CareAnyware Communicate, the company’s first mobile application for smart phones and tablets. Beginning in April 2012, Communicate will be available for current CareAnyware customers as a free download for both iPhone and Android devices.

Communicate was designed to maximize the efficiency of communication between clinicians in the field and administrators in the front office, improving patient care, supporting compliance, and providing quick resolution to billing issues. Through the application’s secure, HIPAA-compliant interface, clinicians, billers, and administrators will have the ability to proactively communicate important patient data, such as the risk for rehospitilization and allowing shared, instant access to urgent information regarding a patient’s condition, documentation needs or billing status. The application also allows for relevant messages to be added to a patient’s medical record automatically with the press of a button.
