Special Notice: National 2013 State of the Home Care Industry Study

The Home Care Association of Florida urges its members who have yet to sign up to go on-line and to register for participation in this important national industry study. More than 700 interviews have been conducted to date, nearing the goal of 1,000 surveys completed. We want to be sure that our state is adequately represented in the Study results.

The National State of the Home Care Industry survey is conducted through 20 minutes phone interviews with senior managers scheduled at times that are convenient for you. It will address current practices and future strategies in the areas of IS/EHR, telehealth, new health care models and operations. (more…)

HCAF Co-Sponsoring State of the Home Care Industry Study

The Home Care Association of Florida is pleased to provide our members with an opportunity to help develop what is expected to be the largest study in the history of home care and hospice on the future of IT/EHR, telehealth/remote patient monitoring, and operational practices.

Co-sponsored by the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, Delta Health Technologies, HealthWyse, the Forum of State Associations and Fazzi Associates, the 2013 State of the Home Care Industry study will include in-depth phone interviews with nearly 1,000 agency leaders. National Hospitalization Reduction Study Released

HCAF was pleased to join home care associations throughout the country in what was the largest study in the history of home care on best practices for reducing avoidable hospitalizations. The study was sponsored by Delta Health Technologies and co-sponsored by the Forum of State Associations, the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, The Joint Commission, CHAP and others.
