Home Care Agency Office Manager Sentenced to 78 Months in Prison for Fraud

An office manager for a Miami home health care agency was sentenced Thursday to 78 months in prison for her participation in a $25 million home health Medicare fraud scheme, announced the Department of Justice, the FBI and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Two of her co-defendants received shorter sentences.
